Itinerary

7 Days Safari Itinerary (Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru & Masai Mara)

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Pick up from your Nairobi Hotel or Airport in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park, which is approximately a 4-hour drive. You will arrive at Amboseli National Park with a short safari game drive in time for lunch. Check-in at Kibo Safari Camp for lunch and an afternoon siesta. Later in the evening, set out for an evening game drive at Amboseli National Park, which lies on the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo, Hippos, and Kudus, among other wildlife, can be seen in the swampy areas and open plains. Later dinner and overnight stay at your Kibo Safari Camp

Day 2: Full Day Amboseli National Park

A full-day game drive at Amboseli National Park. All meals and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp 

Day 3: Amboseli National Park – Lake Naivasha

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast, en-route game drive for Lake Naivasha, approximately 6-hour drive. There will be a stop to view the Great Rift Valley scenery. As you proceed to Lake Naivasha, you will arrive in time for lunch. Check-in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for lunch and afternoon siesta. Later in the afternoon, a safari game drive at Hells Gate National Park, which allows a walking safari, Hiking, Bicycle ride, Rock climbing, a visit to Hell Gate Gorge, and a visit to a geothermal power plant. Later dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge Naivasha.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

After a steamy, hot, delicious breakfast, check out at Lake Naivasha sopa and head for a boat ride and nature walk at Lake Naivasha. The boat ride safari takes you up close to the friendly hippos and bird watching. Later, have a walk with giraffes, zebras, and waterbucks on the shores of Lake Naivasha. Later, exit for Lake Nakuru National Park. You will arrive on time for lunch check-in at Lake Nakuru Lodge or its equivalent for lunch and afternoon siesta. Later, set out for an evening game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. Be on the lookout for black rhinos, white rhinos, flamingoes, and giraffes, among other wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Early morning breakfast. After breakfast, leave Lake Nakuru for Masai Mara, which is approximately a 5-hour drive, arriving in time for lunch—Check-in at Ashnil Mara camp for lunch and afternoon siesta. Afternoon safari game drives through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, and Buffalo. Later, dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 6: Full Day Masai Mara National Reserve

You will have humble time to explore the famous Masai Mara, which is known for its wild big cats and wildebeest migration. Unlimited full-day safari game drives in the park with packed lunch in search of its famous residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo, and dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara River. Later, dinner and overnights at Ashnil Mara camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara – Nairobi

Early Morning breakfast at your camp, check out of the camp and park, and embark on an en-route game drive as you head back to Nairobi, arriving late in the evening. Afterward, drop off at your respective hotel or Airport.
